Void is the
state of being without something (lack, emptiness or absence). So let me make
this clear before we get into this: am going to talk about voids in our lives, so
if you have started thinking about void house or maybe void in space, please twist
that and start thinking about that void you have in your life.
Have you ever
felt empty on the inside? Do you recall those moments when you felt like
something is missing, everything is meaningless; just you against the world,
incomplete, unwanted and want to escape reality. This is the moment when most
of us end up doing crazy things like drugs, sex, over eating and those we later
regret.
Just yesterday
you got fired at work because of your recklessness and so you decide that
having sex or taking alcohol is the best way to make you feel good. Well yeah,
it feels good at the moment but when you are done with it (sex, alcohol), the
pain will restore itself and which means, what you thought as the best way to
fill the void was USELESS.
Voids in our
lives can be caused by different events like death of our loved ones,
rejection, unemployment, family drama and even seeking for perfection. So
first, you have to know why are you feeling that way? And what can you do to
fill that void that you have in your life. If you think shouting might help,
then do it or maybe getting out of social media is the best way to fill the
void then take your time and DO YOU.
So, WHICH IS THE BEST WAY TO FILL THE VOID?
Feel it and embrace it. Feel the void that you carry in your heart and talk
about it. The problem with most of us is that we do not want to admit that we
have problems because “THEY” might
laugh, mock at us and even take advantage of our weakness. Now “THEY” is the reason why we cannot move
forward, is the reason why we keep struggling at the same spot without making
any move.
For the past few
months I was struggling with a void in my life and at first, it was hard to
talk about it to people because of the way they will perceive it. When I realised that it wasn’t doing me any good by keeping it to myself and since I
was distracted by it, I had to embrace and let it out by talking to few close
friends. Maybe you don’t like talking about your problems to people, which is
okay! But it’s healthy to have a person who you can talk to.
“I think y’all have to know that, we may
have personal things that going on in our lives that other people may not know
about. So let’s try being understanding of one another”
The last thing you
have to know is that, “YOU ARE IN THIS
ALONE”. You cannot use someone else to fill the void that you have, only
you can heal yourself and close the voids. “Keep in mind that many others are
dealing with that too, but trying to make them be quiet”. "WE BECOME AWARE OF THE VOID AS WE FILL IT".

Nice Article Jaja. 🇹🇿😁
Am 👌.
The best interest of the child is to learning both parents as a whole and soak up all they can from both to better formulate who they want to be in the future. Think of kids with no parents most not all, are damaged by void and identity issues.
ReplyDeleteThis delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affectation for a few people near us.
ReplyDeleteOur task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion
to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
